LSW Mind Cards - Daily Steps To Increase Your Wellbeing

LSW Mind Cards is a female-owned business who aim to introduce small positive changes into people’s lives one day at a time. Lili (founder) trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner before deciding to start her venture with this idea and encourage people to adopt small daily habits which will help their long-term happiness and well-being.

I’m not a complete beginner to the world of journalling and reflection but I am always trying to learn new methods to mix up my routine which is one of the reasons I love these LSW Mind Cards…

So what are LSW Mind Cards?

LSW Mind Cards are a pack of 45 individually designed cards each with a tool or task to help you increase your wellbeing, boost your mood and help you move towards a more fulfilled life. The cards span across 5 of the following broad themes/tasks: Journal, Gratitude, Ritual, Reflection and Kindness. The aim is to pick a card at random everyday and to complete the task on the card. The tasks are quick 5-10 min tasks so it’s very easy to fit them into your day.

What do I think?

The pack of cards are great quality and come in a handy box which makes it easy to keep on your desk/bedside table. I love using these cards along side journalling as I can choose a completely random card everyday and complete a task that I probably wouldn’t have thought to do myself without these cards. You can also use them as an aid alongside a guided meditation or self-reflection - whatever you find the most comfortable.

Not knowing what theme of card I will choose everyday gives it that element of surprise and allows me to focus my energy on the present moment and complete the task to hand. I feel like these cards would be great for beginners who don’t know where to start when it comes to journalling or for anyone who wants a bit more direction when it comes to self-reflection.

It can be easy to become swallowed up in our own busy day-to-day routines but taking out the time to really focus on you and how you feel can work wonders on your well-being and LSW Mind Cards are a perfect example of a small, positive habit that can help you achieve that. Although they’re great for beginners, they could also work as a great supplement for anyone because, at the end of the day, you can decide how in-depth you go with the tasks - you might even want to do more than one card per day!
